This 520,00 square foot mixed-use building is home to the Dalian on the Park luxury apartments and the Rodin Square Whole Foods. The Dalian features a hotel-style lobby with Suburban’s striking black porcelain panels, modern porcelain floors and a dramatic fabricated stone bench at the reception area’s focal fireplace. Each of the 293 luxury units are appointed with ceramic tile backsplashes and quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom. In the Whole Foods, which occupies Rodin Square’s street-level commercial space, Suburban installed 50,000 square feet of porcelain tile.
