The Chestnut is a thirty-story, multi-unit apartment complex steps from the University of Pennsylvania campus. Suburban installed top-of-the-line finishes in each of the 405 units – including quartz countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms and ceramic tile backsplashes and shower surrounds. In the amenity space, our craftsmen skillfully installed a two-story porcelain panel fireplace. The 29th floor sky-lobby features a second porcelain panel fireplace and dramatic granite outdoor grill. To top it off, our team performed expert epoxy thinset and grout installation of glass mosaics in the beautiful rooftop pool.
