Vantage Student Housing is an eighteen-story student apartment complex on Temple University’s North Philadelphia Campus. This luxury apartment building has 368 apartments, multiple student lounges, as well as a sky lounge with full kitchen. Beginning in Fall 2018, Suburban installed counter tops, backsplashes and tile bathrooms in each apartment, as well as large format porcelain in the two-story lobby. Wood-look porcelain plank tile was installed throughout the lobby, including the grand staircase to the second-story student lounge. The amenity spaces also included extensive tiling from graphic black and white tile patterns in public restrooms, to clean white chevron patterned ceramic tile in the fitness area and elevator lobbies.
